Top Up
Supported payment methods and top-up procedures on the platform
Top-ups add credits to your account. Credits are non-refundable once added. Please choose an appropriate top-up amount based on your actual usage before proceeding.
Supported Payment Methods
The platform currently supports the following payment methods:
- Stripe: Pay online using a credit or debit card
- Cryptocurrency: Top up via on-chain transfer
- Redemption Codes: Redeem platform-issued codes directly for credits
Stripe Top-Up
Go to the Wallet Page
Log into the console and click "Wallet" in the left navigation bar.
Add Funds
Click "Add Funds", select Stripe as the payment method, and enter the top-up amount.
Complete Payment
Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your card details and complete the payment. Credits are added instantly after payment is confirmed.
Cryptocurrency Top-Up
Select Cryptocurrency
On the "Add Funds" page, select cryptocurrency as the payment method.
Complete the On-Chain Transfer
Follow the on-screen instructions to transfer funds to the specified address. Arrival time depends on on-chain confirmation.
Credits Added
Once the on-chain confirmation is complete, the corresponding credits are automatically added to your account.
Redemption Code Top-Up
- Find the "Redemption Code" section on the Wallet page
- Enter the redemption code and click "Redeem"
- Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful redemption
Credited credits never expire — purchase with confidence as needed. For any questions, please contact platform support.
